Raymond Domenech names 30 man provisional squad.

Raymond Domenech has named his provisional 30-man squad for the World Cup 2010.

France have named their 30 man provisional squad for this summer’s 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

There is to be no final World Cup for Manchester City’s Patrick Viera, though Barcelona’s Thierry Henry is named at the 30 man stage by coach Raymond Domenech.

French playmaker Franck Ribery will make up for missing the UEFA Champions League Final with Bayern Munich through suspension as he looks certain to be in the final squad of 23, though it is likely that a number of other forwards named will miss out: there are 8 front men in the 30 strong provisional list.
